Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. – BROTHEL HOUSE -mere recovery of some money, cell phones and nirodh packets by itself cannot lead to an inference that the said house was being used for prostitution – in the absence of  evidence/material on record to show that at the time of search, any prostitution was being done in the said house, more so, when the presence of other accused in the house was disbelieved and they were acquitted.
